plumbing from pump to bulkhead

    I just purchased my new 70 cube and cant figure out what to use to connect my mag 9.5 pump to my 1 1/4" ID bulkhead.. Does anybody know how i can do this as the pump is like 3/4" OD, how would i connect this?

    you'll need some adaptors, 3/4 to 1 1/4 and make sure you put a junction in between so you can unscrew it better to clean the pump, you also may want to put a valve on the return line to in case you want to dial the flow back a bit. Easiest the to do would take the pump and bulkhead to Lowes and piece it together there so you can see some diff options.

    +1 with 1 1/4" x 3/4" reducer bushing x slip or thread?
    Plumbing your system this is a fun part of the build and alway's something new to learn:)

    Haha definitely the "fun" part, this is my first corner-flow system. I currently have eshopps overflow boxes, and getting everything tuned right was a pain in itself. The outside of the bulkhead is threaded, was planning on using the ID side with that, and the pump is also threaded on the outside.

    Better known as a union ;) Agreed though! I have 3 unions on my return piping.
