The fitting appears to be a DWR 180 degree sweep fitting not a pressure rated fitting. You can do close to the same thing by using a 3/4" sch Street elbow (insert on one end and female on the other) and a standard 3/4" sch-40 elbow. Both fittings are white and should be available at Lowe's or online.

That appears to be a custom fitting or what would be considered a specialty fitting close to a 90 degree PVC conduit sweep. If you can find the fitting In the picture you showed it will offer a lot less flow restriction then the option I listed.

Krylon Fusion is reported to be "reef safe", as in I do not believe anyone has experienced any adverse effects from using it.

I have a dyi cage around one of my ATO float valves that is painted with it.

It's is reef safe. Just beware that urchins and larger turbo snails will munch on it and rip it off. I had a overflow box that looked horrible cuz it was half eaten off.

I'll probably go with the PVC 90 elbows. I can't find anything. Not even a white one in the size I need. And if I paint anything it's only going to be something that's going to be outside of the tank. Thank you. Still searching though until the tanks built lol
