OK, Well, I think I might have seriously messed up here.

I thought I had bought some cement / primmer BUT after I had plummed up the entire system, I realized I only had primmer ( The purple stuff )

Now, my question is, will the primer be enough? Is there anyways I can save the system or do I need to replum the entire thing?

Can I coat the outside of the joints with the cement and be enough?

    well...

it might not leak, at least not right away.

But I would say, go to home depot, get some cement, take the plumbing apart and do it over. And use lots of cement. I mean, you don't have to get new pieces. Just pull it apart and use the same parts.

I know it's annoying, but think about it this way: You'll put hundrets of thousands of dollars in that tank and a lot of work too. It won't take you that long to do it again and it will save you a big headache.

I'm fixing to redo my plumbing when I move my tank. What kind of glue, or what brand do I need to get?

Sorry about your having to pull all of that apart especially after you already worked so hard on it. I just hope I can figure out how to do the replumbing myself since I don't have any help around here.

I'm just going to rebuy all it. $100+ down the drain but am afraid of stress caused breaks from pulling them apart.

It is the price of not RTFM. And I'm a techie, I should know better ( ironic thing is what techie actually reads the manual )

you don't have to buy everything over. I would just prime it again and glue it. All the pieces are already cut for your system. Take a few photos before ripping it apart.
