How old is the tank? It's tough to positively ID with the pics. I see what looks like a bit of hair algae, and also what looks like diatoms. The diatom diagnosis is most likely if your tank is fairly new, or if you have recently added a source of silicates (eg. tap water).

The brown-yellow snot-like stuff could also be dinoflagellates, but may not be. If your tank is fairly new (a few months old or less), this will likely be self-limiting. If, upon a closer look, you think it is dinoflagellates, I'd get a phosphate reactor and I'd scrub my rocks in a separate bucket of saltwater to get rid of the stuff.

depending on how old yer tank setup is it could be part of the cycle, if yer tanks a couple months old how ever id just chuck some carbon in yer filter and change it every week

My tank is like 4 to 5 months old. I already have carbon and phosphate remover I have had this problem for like a month plus. Also how can I scrub the rocks they have corals on them

I would be interested in knowing what it is as well since it looks similar to what I have now too. I don't have quite that much. I thought it was cyano as well. How did the treatment and water change go?

Honestly, it looks like diatoms with GHA (green hair algae). I would check your water source for silicates. Are you using RO/DI water? Have you got a silicate test?
