    How's my spelling? :p

    So I just got these coral, and I know nothing about them. Flow, lighting, etc.
    I'm extremely new to keeping sps :D

    Your monti should be low to medium flow.
    The Pocci should be medium to high flow.

    The main thing about flow for SPS is that it should be as much random flow as possible. Try to not put it directly in front of a powerhead, but more where the flow bounces off of rocks or sides of the tank.
