pods on my zoos and toadstool

    Do they look like that? Heliacus sp. Take them out, they are not your friend. If they are crawling all over your zoos, I would take them out before they leave the rock and spread throughout your tank. Dip the colony or quarantine it.

    Do you think I could get away with using a magnifying glass and taking a pic? Assuming I take some of the critters out of the tank and put them in a shallow dish of water. They will curl up into a ball if frightened.

    I would look closely at the isopod sites if they're curling up into a ball.

    You might get away photgraphing the critters using a magnifying glass and camera so it can't hurt to give it a try.

    I would say these are the guys you have if they are rolling into a ball
