    I picked up my 46 bow off CR and came with this polyp, not sure what type it is and what lighting and food it likes, hoping someone can help me out image.jpg
    I loaded the pic from my iPhone so I hope it loaded ok

    looks like some type of Zoanthid polyp

    Interesting should I get rid of them, they are on 4 of my rocks, and fairly larg colony's

    No don't remove them. Unless you really don't want them. I wasn't trying to scare you, just use precaution when handling this particular coral.

    It isn't as commonly seen as much as it used to be, so I would hold on to it.

    nice I was gonna try to trade some of it to my LFS for some more interesting looking stuff, need to finish my lights and stand first.
