So I'm not sure why but my frogspawn has started to suck back in to it's self it doesn't expand nearly as much as it use too. I've been keeping an eye on it to see if it's like brown jelly or something like that but nothing. I'll feed it some brine shrimp and it will eat it but something is clearly pissing it off to the point it doesn't want to come out.

    Parameters are:
    Salinity 1.025
Nitrates 20ppm(I did a small water change after I tested a few days ago)
Phosphates 0 (cyano is likely nomnoming this.)
    Alk 9dkh
    Calcium was 400

The only thing i've changed recently is I added a reactor with bio-pellets in it. It's been running for close to two weeks?

The reactor is winning the battle with the cyano I cleaned it up some and it's taking much longer for it to attempt to come back so woo-hoo but alas my poor frogspawn is not happy.

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
I would bet this is the issue. While I have never run bio-pellets, introduction with some types of media such as carbon or GFO ( I know not the same principle as bio-pellets) can cause issues with LPS and other stony corals.

I would have to wonder if you need to dial down the amount of bio-pellets initially and allow the the tank time to adjust.

have you move the frogspawn at all? how about adjusted the circulation pumps? sometimes different water flow will upset it

the effluent tube from the reactor might be causing an extra stir around the tank I'll a just it.

are you feeding the out flow of the reactor directly into a very good skimmer?

I have heard of people adding biopellets a little at a time, like 1/4 the recommended amount every few days til the recommended amount is reached. I do know that if you add too much too quick it will have negative effects on LPS and anemones so im guessing this may be the issue.
