    are you sure about this? my lfs sells them and i got a bunch shipped here with no problem. i know caulerpa is illegal but idk about mangroves.

    on another note, i would get a nano powerhead or similar to gently push water across the mangroves so that way they get exposed to the most amount of water possible

    I've got mangroves and I'm in ca they were shipped np and my lfs have them openly displayed

    I have mine suspended , pinned between a wier and a sponge the are under 24/7 lighting and have rooted / grown leaves

    Planting works best, they grow better.

    Thats a great way of doing it, like everyone said drill a few holes and you should be all set. You will be amazed as to how well they will grow for you. I have 4 of them in my fuge growing in a shoe box. They are getting to be almost 1.5' tall and have about 30 leaves and branches now.
