Very nice! I had a 20 gallon long reef tank, and you will be so much happier with the 29,so much more veiwing surface not to mention the extra water volume.

    Update 8-01-10

I GOT A COUPLE MORE THINGS DONE TODAY, AND I AM ONE MORE STEP CLOSER TO FINISHING THIS SETUP. FIRST THING THISMORNING I MADE SOME DOORS FOR MY STAND TO HIDE MY SUMP AREA. MY WIFE LIKES THE COUNTRY THEME SO I MADE MY DOORS OUT OF 1X3 AND SOME SCRAP BEADBOARD PANNALING I HAD FROM ANOTHER PROJECT.

I SPRAY PAINTED THEM WITH KRYLON SATIN BLACK. BEING I AM AN AUTO PAINTER THIS WAS THE EASY PART....;D

AFTER A FEW COATS I FINELY GOT THEM DONE AND THIS IS THE FINISHED PRODUCT.

I ALSO TESTED MY SUMP TODAY. ALL MY SILIKONE JOINTS HELD AND THE BUBBLE TRAP WORKED WELL.

I ALSO FIGURED I NEEDED TO DO SOMETHING TO KEEP MY CHEATO IN ITS PLACE. I CAME UP WITH THE IDEA OF RAIN GUTTER SCREEN. IT WAS LIKE 3 DOLLORS AT THE LOCAL HARDWARE STORE. IT WORKS LIKE I THUOGHT AND I AM HAPPY WITH IT.

NOW THAT I GOT ALL THAT DONE I DO HAVE A QUESTION. WHAT HOLDS YOUR PUMP IN PLACE IN ITS SUMP COMPARTMENT. ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. THANKS!

Man,you got it going on!,looking great! I 'm a big fan of smaller outfits,i suppose thats due to the fact that i really don't have room for a big setup like i'd like to have(or afford!! lol !! )

NOW FOR THE TRICKY PART THE RETURN LINE. I PUT A BLEED LINE ON THE RETURN LINE. ONE IT'LL BE HELPFULL WITH WATER CHANGES, AND TWO IT HELP TAKE RESURE OFF THE PUMP IF I HAVE TO SLOW THE RETURN DOWN TO THE MAIN TANK. ANYHOW AFTER A FEW HOURS I GOT IT.

Now that i am done fretin over what happend, i guess its time to rebuild. What exactly happend to the tank when i switched things over is still a mistery, but i am pretty sure it was a water polution problem. Maybe even had something to do with my wife using fabric softner on my drain socks!!!;) big no no. Ok **** happens and i can't turn back time so i learn from it and move forward. I lost xenia, kenya tree, snails, and a few crabs. What live--- so far i found 4 crabs 2 blue legged and 2 stripe legged. I think my green mushrooms might make it, and i had a small colony of green star polups. To early to tell so dont know. I changed 20 gal of water(a little under half)---the salution to poution is delution. And added some carbon bages to my sump. Now i wait it out and see what happens. Oh ya i have done water tests and so far all the major toxins are at 0. Like i said looks like i am starting over and this time i am deffintly taking it slow.
