I'm looking to upgrade my lighting to a LED setup in my 55gal FOWLR tank. I just browsed around on this LED section but it's information overload. I looked online and found the following.. Is this what I'm looking for? Thanks for the help
LED Quad 30" 1W Timer Aquarium Light Marine Reef FOWLR Cichlid 40X 1 Watt 75 cm

The LED Quad 30" light fixture by Beamworks offers what aquarists always needed. Forty energy efficient 1W LEDs are packed into one space saving fixture. Fixture is fitted with 10000K and Actinic 460nm LEDs providing a high quality, energy efficient light output that will shimmer through your reef at the flip of a switch. This unit features external LED drivers, two mode on/off switches, extendable wire brackets, and anodized aluminum housing. Optional timer controller(s), cooling fans, and hanging kit are also available for future add ons.

T5 would look great. Thats what I run and I love switching different color bulbs to make a custom look.

It's a F20/T8 aquarium plant, one lamp. Good you all just saved me about $150. Beers on me!

edit: I'd just like to kick up my tank a notch somehow with all the new live rock in there. Maybe a soft coral or two if I changed out the lighting.

And so it begins lol. Once you start getting corals, it's hard to stop ;)

If you were looking to get an LED fixture, I would personally go with a ReefBreeders unit. From what I've seen, it's a really nice light.
