My newest addition was a yellow tang about 2 weeks ago, and i fear i may have introduced black ich to the tank, as it seems these fish are prone to the disease, i do not have a quarantine an theres no chance in catching these fish anyway with all the live rock, if it has, anybody successfully cured it in the main tank and is it easier then normal ich?

whoops just realised wrong thread ..sorry..

i had ich on 3 fish (2 dominoes and my puffer) about a month ago. the two dominoes dropped it quick ( in about 2-3 days), the puffer on the other hand, still has it. it's not getting any worse, but not getting better either. he's still very active and has a great appetite. like you, i don't have a quarantine tank either. so I'm hoping he'll shake it off soon. i know i'm not much help, but i thought i'd just share my story.
