Possible ich? QT not quite ready!

    My pseudo has some white spots on it and near the top of it back looks like a white patch (best I can think to describe it). My QT tank is still cycling so I am not sure if I should throw him in it yet or not. It might be like throwing him to the wolves! He has had them for about 3 days and seems to be acting just as normal as ever. He isn't hiding and swims just fine, and there doesn't seem to be any bits of his fins missing.

    Don't know if this is a good enough pic or not but hopefully it gets the job done:

    All of my parameters are normal. Aside from my nitrates, they are at 15-20ppm, but a water change is in order tomorrow.

    Also none of my other fish have spots, the male clown had two itsy bitsy white specs on him, but were gone the next day.It could have just been bubbles or my imagination!

    Moving him may cause additional stress especially if the Qt not ready. A healthy diet may help him ride it out. If he stops eating that may be a sign you need to take additional steps. Hope he gets better. Keep a close eye on he is eating and how he is acting.

    Will do he just ate like a horse about 15mins. ago...they LOVE brine shrimp day!
