possible sick anemone

Hey guys,
For months the green tip has been perfect and the clown has been feeding him and sleeping with him as well. My tank is over a year old and the water parameters are perfect. A couple of days ago I noticed him starting to turn inside out and the clown now goes nowhere near him. Today the anemone looks better but I'm still skeptical and I'm leaving for a week starting Monday so I'll need to either return him to the LFS store or take a risk which I'm not sure I'm willing to do. His footing is anchored on the rock as I just tried to move him into a container to take him back to the LFS store. Thoughts?

 

If the LFS will take it back, then I would return it. The anemone looks a little starved to me.

 

I was afraid o that. I have tried to feed him and he won't take it, the flame hawk steals it and he's fast.
