Very light bio-load, light on feedings, RO/DI water, refugium or other nutrient export method, good skimmer, etc.

Go nuclear on it! Scrub every piece before you transfer to your new setup. Worked for me.

Great thanks. I currently only have a clown, royal gramma, a few hermits, 2 emeralds and a coralbanded shrimp. I probably wont have any more livestock than that.

That should be fine bio-load wise. Scrubbing the rocks before hand will help as mentioned, but will come back if the nutrients are available.

Yea it might be tough, i do have an RO/DI but my water pressure isnt high enough for it to work efficiently. My LFS just decided to get rid of their entire fish sleection and supplies and no longer sell aquarium products. I doubt that they will have RO water.

Is one 750gph overhead plus the return going to be good for flow in the tank? I also have a 1400 but I think that would be pushing it lol

The tank + stand was delivered today. I have to say I was not very impressed from the start with the jbj stand. Two of the panels were mislabeled and about 3/4 of the way through I had to disassemble and re assemble the panels the correct way. Also the instructions were lightly incomplete and I ended up with a bunch of leftover screws. Around 10 or so lol. It does seem sturdy though so I'm not worried.

As far as the tank itself it looks alright. The silicon is a little sloppy around the edges and has me somewhat worried. I'm going to fill it this wknd to leak test it.

I'm starting to reconsider using my old rock from my 55. I do not want any hair algae transferring over.. Any ideas?

Anything? Should I let the tank run for a while to see if there is a cycle even though I'm re using my rock? I am going to use new sand and water
