So had some serious chemical warfare going on. At least that is what I could figure. All had corals took a bad hit. I put a galaxea between two large polyp colonies and it developed brown jelly. Died, pics of skeleton. Then noticed my monti digata sluffing its tissues off so fast I could hardly save any of it, the frag pics below. And dead pic. Monti cap then went between the two colonies, at this time I had not figured out these colonies where what killed my galaxea. It, in one day had this happen to it, pic, dead tissue everywhere. Moved him. Did huge water change, little by little. Added new bag of chemipure and specialized media that obsorbs toxins. Also lost a firefish that was perfectly healthy one day, and has fanished. Not total blaming the toxin outbreak but maybe. Pretty much the most stressful time I have had in the time I have had the tank. Not to mention that I am taking Microbiology and Anatomy lab over the summer. Bad week, but my tank came first over my studies. :)[IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]

    Sorry about losses...:-[

Have noticed a large box filled with such "skeletons" in back room at LFS.

Always wondered how many just due to shipping damage, or him trying to stuff too many different kinds in each of his tanks...???

dude I'm so sorry for your loss. This is why I don't put softies of any sort with my sps. My sps tank is completely sps, with the exception of my clam but I the chems can just become too much. I'm very sorry.

Sorry for the loss buddy, we all know how you feel. If you can pinpoint whos in battle, try separating them as far as you can. Also change out the carbon once a month or less. Luna
