say hello to my little friend. this fish from what i've read gets a pretty bad rep. well this guy rocks!

it wierd do fish make "best friends"??? this guy follows my sixlinw everywhere. doesn't bully but simply plays follow the leader. but sometimes the sixline gets into a crack too small for the angel.

    thx for lookin:)

Awesome fish... And a killer pic. My yellow tang does the same to my leopard wrasse. Seems as if it doesn't want to miss a anything.

In my experience Potters are the most "REEF SAFE" angels out there, and good thing you got the potter now as the price is skyrocketing and Hawai'i is planning on banning collection entirely! Prices then will hit the moon!!

Great pic of a great fish!

So how's he doing? I'm getting one tomorrow. I'm paying $80 so please don't tell me you paid like $20 for yours. :p

I'm really worried because I've heard they have a bad reputation for death, but encouraged that I see people saying they're the most reef safe dwarf...

    *fingers crossed*

Bought one about six months ago for 70,took a couple weeks to acclimate but since then has been doing very well, very active fish,no problems with other fish or corals, loves frozen mysis and nori but not angel formula.

I heard bad things about them as well, but I think they are the best looking dwarf agels out there.

wow that is a gorgeous specimen. one of the best looking potters i've ever seen. most of the ones in my LFS are dull and boring. I've always wanted one for my nano cube. went with a midnight angel instead, which is a much regretted decision.

i bit late for a response. its been a while since ive been back here.

but an update for this guy. yeah he is still around and looking better than ever. he still follows the sixline around but not as much. the little fella has become more independant.

Did you ever get one GREYSOUL. by the way i paid $45 for mine. 80 bucks would be a bit steep for me.

please share any experiences with this fish. this my tank favorite.
