well i need to know some parameters.. ammonia, nitrate, nitrites, PH, temperature ??

    what size tank?
what fish do you have with him?
    how old is your tank?

Any tang is susceptible to ick, but Powder blue tangs are known to be EXTRA susceptible to ick. I learned that the hard way...:-/

you have a powder blue and it has ick. They get ick when the wind changes. I have had a cople if them. They are just the most prone fish to Ich I swear! There is not much you can do other then let them ride it out or qt them. Most fish if they are healthy will get throught it. You can try wither way.
