 hi all im new hear so go easy on me, i got up this morning and my powder blue tang was just lying on the sand at the bottom his gills and mouth were still moving but as the day is going on he seems to be getting worse.
ive tried putting him in the net and trying to move him side to side and he tries to get out of the net but as soon as he comes out he just sinks back to the bottom.
i guess he is dying  but is there anything i can do to help him recover or is it too late ??
ive had my tank about 6 months and he,s been in there for about 4 months. all the other fish are ok.

    Hi,

Sorry to hear about your problems. Unfortunately I can not think of an intervention that you could do now other than making sure no one is bullying the fish.

    Check parameters.

Anything you do now will only stress the fish more, other than adjusting any parameters that are out of range.

Please post a picture of fish if you can.

Sorry to hear about your loss, Test your water... On a side note, did your fish have any unusual markings or visible parasites?

I just lost my black clownfish today as well. He was sitting at the bottom of the tank just like yours and was just staying put. But mine had some white vein looking marks on his body and he lost some weight. Not sure what went wrong as the other black clown is well.
