    Tofu is like a spong, that stuff absorbs everything LOL. I woul agree with others thong, keep doing 15-20% water changes daily. Run GAC and GFO was actually developed to remove metals from drinking water, not remove phosphate from aquariums, so, likely may also help if there is some contamination.
