I have two of the Hydor Koralia power heads in my tank and one of them is now running in reverse. I have tried unplugging and plugging it back in and it still runs in reverse. Is this something that can be repaired or is it toast?

This happens to my koralia's sometimes. It usually works after I unplug it/re plug it several times.

Is this a common fault with this brand,I know they sell some power heads that you can set in either normal or reverse flow

I took it apart tonight and cleaned it up. I didn't see a bushing. This could have been lost in a previous cleaning. I will check a replacement parts kit.

Are they the old Koralia K series or the newer Evolutions series? The Evos are covered under the warranty.

Contact Hydor Customer Service directly. There are many threads on here with the email address, a quick search will bring them up.
