You guys on the east coast are sweating it, huh?

Just repeating what others are responding with in the other threads. Go get some battery powered air pumps and hook up an airstone to them. Place in tank.

For temp control, bag up some ice or frozen water bottles to drop in the tank/sump.

Small tank of medical oxygen hooked up to a hose in the tank....manually opened periodically in very small increments? I have no clue.

My friend keeps several on hand as he is a service guy. He has saved his customers tanks several times with this method. I like the hydrogen peroxide idea as it will definitly be effective. I have used it to kill algea but never even though about it in a power outage issue.

Usually a medical supply company but I don't know the logistics about getting it. I also have no idea if that would be wise...a bottle of compressed air would probably be safer.

Hell, why not a bicycle pump? :p You'd be getting good exercise and keeping your fish alive....
