We are expected to have some high wind here in the NKY tomorow and I am almost sure if we see these winds(50mph plus) my power will go out, always does. Question is how do I prepare for this? I know my overflow and sump will be ok, but what should I be woried about? Keeping my powerheads and heater running are my big concerns. I only have a few corals and am not really worried about them.

    Thanks.

Depending on the size of tank and bioload it can go for several hours with no problems. Your main concerns are temp and O2, a battery operated airstone works well. You can try to wrap the tank in blankets to prevent it from getting too cold. You can also place water bottles filled with hot water to keep the temp and you can manually move the water around, preferably by pouring tank water back into the tank to cause bubbles.
