You didn't use the cycle did you?
If you did don't worry just stop using it and do a water change... a small one so not to shock the tank.

 

ok but can i use it when i add more LR or LS or other critters.

 

Don't use cycle. Try not to add unknowns when you add new things to the tank and throwing cycle in "just because" is not needed. To be honest cycle isn't that great Ls and lr are better so why spend money on cycle, plus once again what is the rush?

 

I'm not in a rush but when i add things i don't want the tank to spike.

when you add LR you should add a cured one and not puting any cycle in you tank if it's not cured look at some of my posts we talk about it on the General section of the forums

 

ok will that cause any problems by adding cycle.

 

AAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH USE THE DAMN CYCLE DON'T USE THE DAMN CYCLE !!!!!!!!!! It doesn't matter what anyone says you don't listen. Just do what you want or whatever whoever is telling you because my head hurts from beating it against the moniter.
