Hey guys this is unrelated to fish but I know there are a lot of handy man (and woman) around here.

I am constantly cutting electrical pipe. Its thin metal pipe used to run wire inside it though walls and or outside. I asked this question before and you guys recommended to use pipe cutters. I did this for a while but I need something quicker that requires less force to cut.

Option one would be to use Reciprocating Saw, option two is a grinder or maybe something like this if they make blades to cut metal ? ----> Ryobi 7 1/4 In. Miter Saw with Laser and Stand - TS1141S at The Home Depot

I am looking for the cleanest cut like you would get with a pipe cutter so there is minimal sanding required and quickest time to cut.

Thanks guys. Oh yeah I also need a power tool for this job for under 100 dollars.

You could try a die grinder or jigsaw.

In the field we use a portaband--which as the name implies, is a portable band saw. It's not a practical purchase for the DIY'er.

The answer to your question IMO is unfortunately not a powertool. With a little practice, a hacksaw and a reaming screwdriver will give you impressive results. The hacksaw will set you back about twenty bucks. The reaming screwdriver is $23 if I remember correctly. Look for Klein tools.
