    For a clean cut you cant beat a tubing/pipe cutter. Sawzalls and Grinders are very fast but can make a mess of your cut.

    I didn't even think of a pipe cutter that would definitely work the best.

    Ok so I went to home depot and purchased this little guy for $20

    I have the older version of that same one and its big brother
