If I'm not mistaken, your tank is only about 3-4 weeks old? If that's the case, doing a water change now would only delay the tank cycle (and at 3-4 weeks old, it is still cycling). However, seeing as you don't want to do any further damage to your other inverts, I would change at least 25% of your tank water and deal with the longer cycle later.

If possible, return all of the inverts that you've already purchased or have your lfs hold them for you because your water levels are going to be screwy for a little while longer. How are the rest of the animals in the tank doing, corals included?

You shuld have waited for anenomes they need a well established and mature tank before putting them in. Anemones, sea apples, nudibranches are know for getting into power heads and getting smooshed. Even sometimes fish, best thing to do is look for bottom attachements for power heads and they do sell them for several models. Where the power head still gets the water flow but the force going into it is broken up.
