Rather than Maxijets which have a very concentrated flow pattern look at others like the Hydor Evolutions series which draw about 1/3 the wattage and have 2 or 3x more flow in a nice wide dispersed pattern. They also have a much better magnetic mounting system and in most cases are smaller than the Maxijets. For your system something like two of the Evolutions 550 or probably the 750 would be ideal. I have the Nano 425 and an older Koralia K1 in a 16G bowfront and its not enough current.
