So I'm looking to plan the flow for my upcoming 75 gal reef. I plan to start with softies and maybe branch into some more difficult stuff later. I'll have a Mag 9.5 for my return from my sump with 4-5' of head. I'm thinking about doing two power heads in the tank for flow. Not sure how big to go on the heads yet, any thoughts. I was thinking Koralia 3's? And how about having one in the front right corner blowing to the left across the front of the tank and the other on the rear left of the tank blowing to the right across the rear of the tank. This may create a bit of a whirlpool effect (obviously not a full on whirlpool) but I think it could be interesting. Thoughts?

    For softies 2 1400's should be a good start. On my 75 i have one MP40, a Koralia 1400 and 750.

You could start with 2 1050s or even 750s with the return you have.
