Just wondering on what everyone else does.

Do you turn your powerheads off or keep them on when you feed?

    I keep them on.

I keep mine on as it helps deliver the feed to the corals, as what happens in the ocean :)

I keep mine on as well. I used spirulina flakes and rod's food. Figured it's more natural for the fish to chase.

I turn mine off because I have a couple fish that are smaller and shy, and I have to make sure they are getting food. Once I know they've had enough I turn the powerheads back on and let the bigger fish chase their food. I think they have fun doing it!

I turn my closed loop pump off during feeding. Only water I have moving is return from the sump.

Guess I should have mentioned I only have one fish and I am feeding the corals, not the fish :) The fish gets plenty of pods and also gets some of the coral food, like Arcti-Pods :D
