Should work well,I have two in my 40breeder mixed reef and like them. For sps you could use a little more but for other corals the 750s will give you a better ability to have some areas with higher flow and some with less.If on the other hand you plan on corals that like lower flow, lps or some softies, you might want 550s.

That's good. SPS may like a little more.

So what could I grow? I already have a pulsing Xenia in there right now... Am I stuck between having too much for some and not enlighten for other corals?

prob everything, just aim them right so you get a nice wave like effect in your tank, try 1 in each rear corner facing the front top middle of your tankl;)

    +1 Absolutely.

That will allow you to place higher-flow loving corals at or near the top (usually prefer higher lighting as well, anyway), and low-flow species at the bottom.

Or if you want soft corals to start, or LPS, you could use them on a timer. Putting them on alternate sides of the tank, you can use a regular mechanical timer and alter the flow. 6 hour on one, then 6 hours on the other would basically mimmic tidal changes. Or you could do more frequent. Corals seem to appreciate some shifts, and you could always add a few more latter, as you get into more flow demanding corals.

Since i put the 2nd 750 in it seems like my sand it been kicked up a little and my clowns aren't swimming around as much. They sit it one corner. Does that mean it is too much flow?
