I don't want him if he is a mini T.O., but the jury is still out on that one. He is a huge talent. I hope we keep him if he can get with the program.

I think the chances are doubtful he will still be a Bronco next season.

 

So I got my 2nd reactor going... but it didn't turn out like I wanted. Getto rigged and totally in the way.



So I fixed it.



I didn't want it away from the sump, but my other pumps were not working too good. So I got a Mag 5 to get through all the elbows and media. Works good.



And it might not look it, but I did some more cord policing and cleaned things up a bit.

 

So I'm trying to decide if I want to trade my LPS in for some more SPS. I have a good local Coral Farmer and I'm dying for some new stuff. Thinking about Trading in my Green Brain and Bright Green Frog Spawn on my sand bed. Maybe a few others too. What do you think?

 

what are you thinking about trading them for??? anything in particular?

 

All I can say is that your tank is breathtaking. Those blue mushrooms are so healthy, even from the distance of the shot it's apparent. The monti caps are growing like mad. You're quite the reefkeeper, Kevin!

 

More Acros.... or some other type of stick thing. For another LPS I would not mind a Scolly, but those are exspensive. Some of the LPS grow really fast. So that is nice in the bgining, but then they take over. Perhaps some other Candy Cane or some Blastos.

But I like all the furry SPS. Got enough Montis, I would say but I don't know all the names..

 

Too kind Sparky. The blue ones have always done well. I actually have some all over the tank that break off and grow somewhere else. The green Mushrooms next to them really dwindled away when I got the tank. For shrooms they are sensitive. But now they are fat and happy and multiplying.

dont ask my opinion on swapping out anything for SPS
because I would have done it already - Im terrible like that
