On my 250 i will have 2 tunze 6055's (264-1453gph cause u always dont need 3000 gallons to a corner of a tank so i decided im not paying $400+ for something i wont use to its full potential) 1 tunze 6105 (792-3434gph placed on the side) 1 tunze 6205 (1320-5811 gph on the other side) and one vortech mp40 to still things up lower in the tank, (500-3200 gph) plus my returns...thats my flow plan.

You won't need a calcium reactor or dosing pumps right off the bat but you probably will want one within the first year if you are planning on having SPS/LPS and are stocking at a reasonable pace. Dosing manually gets old really fast IMO. 2 years is a long time to have to manually dose.
Also, it might be worth making a decision now (or at least being aware of your options) so you can make sure you have enough room, unless you have a fish room connected.

Here are some great article with tons of information for reference. If you read and understand them you will avoid having to ask half of the questions that people ask in the chemistry forum every day. :)
The first article discusses the most common supplementing methods.

Thanks for the links and recommendations everyone. I'll do some research on everyone's suggestions and update my list with my changes here in a few days.
