    Im thinking about getting either a 55 or 75 gallon tank and putting a volitan lionfish in it. What other fish get along with lionfish and would fit in a 55 or 75?

    i wouldnt go with a volitan lionfish it will get way to big for either tank id try a fuzzy dwarf lionfish

    if you do go with a predator tank with a 55 or 75 try a panther grouper, pufferfish, snowflake eel, fuzzy dwarf lionfish

    I would not put any lion in a 55 other then a dwarf....they get to wide, id go with the grouper,puffer,frogfish or trigger fish.....

    Certain Grouper species will also grow way too large for a 55-75 gallon tank.
    A Chain link or Snowflake Moray Eel makes a nice starter animal.
    How about a larger Wrasse in the Thalassoma or Halichoeres family, A Genicanthus Angelfish, Tobacco Bass, Hamlet, Frogfish, Dwarf Lion(with Caution-venomous)!
