So many to choose from! What and why do you use for a reef tank?

I use red sea salt. I know many that use Red sea Coral Pro since it has a little more magnesium, calcium and alkalinity than the regular red sea salt.

I have a calcium reactor, so I don't bother with the pro salt.

I used to use reef crystals, but they had issues with clay getting into their salt a few years back, and I've been happy with the red sea salt.

I am using Seachem Reef Salt but I think I will use Instant Ocean when I get more. You need to supplement the main minerals for reef tanks with just about any salt so why pay more for one that is made specifically for reefs when all they add is a small amount more of one element or two.
