    While I don't have an issue with the relationship or the reasons behind this, it seems like the amount of publicity being sought isn't really in the best interest of the child-to-be. It's not like other groundbreaking cases (eg first "test tube" baby, first adoption to gay couple, etc) as there is no anonymity at all. I'm torn between admiring the courage of someone taking a chance and building a family regardless of social mores and being sickened thinking of the hell that kid is going to have to deal with growing up.

    The article says legally it is a man! Wonder if it will be a c-section...:pissed: OUCH!!!

    Ya that kid will go through hell no doubt. I would think I would try to keep it hush-hush.
