Pretty upset

    So I recently ordered it a current nova extreme lighting fixture and got it on monday. Today I decide to open it up and fire it up. No light :angry::angry: I kinda think the bulbs are broken when I tip them side to side they sound like something is rolling around ALL OF THEM. I will try and call the company to get this issue resolved. Really disappointed tho to be honest. Was really hoping to pick up a few corals tomorrow on my way home from school, So much for that :-/

    If it is the bulbs I will be quick to point the finger at UPS it seems they really don't give about anything they ship slow and almost every time I get a package it has some sort of tear in the box.

    I ordered it from linens and things online and they customer service is ****. They have no one to answer the phones and current doesn't even have a number to my knowledge.

    Well since no one can answer a phone to help me maybe you guys can. Am I supposed to hear a clinging sound when I tip the bulbs one way or are they broken? They all sounded that way so I thought they were ok.

    Sounds like there broken. Shouldn't hear anything in them. At least I don't in mine.

    i am good friends with my ups driver and i dont know how but he always takes care of me. i order a light a few months ago and it came without a scrach on the box. hope it comes out ok for you.

    It makes no sense how all 4 of the bulbs could have been broken. On top of that the site where I ordered from lnt.com has no one to talk to. I am begining to get a little ticked off.
