    It seems like if they are broken I will be paying out of pocket for new bulbs as linens and things customer service is nonexistent right now.

    why would yoy have bought this from linens and things in the first place? dont they sell pillows? not aquarium lights? if you paid by cc just dispute it as service not renderd.

    I ordered from linens and things to save money as I got the light shipped for $150 as opposed to $200+ everywhere else. As a broke college student I try to find the best deals possible. And you would think a big name like Linens and Things would be a reputable source.

    i thought that they wont broke. i know there are no more of them in canada. was the light not insured?

    Well i finally recieved a response they will be shipping out another tomorrow and i will ship mine back. and yes they did but they now have an online store.
