    His details made it very clear - still incredible in my book. The point about the scanning with the wrench is a solid one though. He did think you could scan and then tweak the internal parts of an object. The printer itself is such a leap.

    ??? no time to view the video... but #D printers have been around for quite a long time, as have 3d scanners. I know ~8 years ago I had some stuff printed on one at my friends shop, so they've been around at least that long. FOX Racing uses them to to print cores of certain parts in fact.. ooops, did I reveal where I used it :)
