Just got a pro clear sump and my question is do I add salt water to the sump to fill it R/O water, or just let the overflow that came with it just fill it up????

You will want to use salt water mixed to the same spgr as your main tank..don't add reg ro/di water as this will dilute your spgr..by adding saltwater to the sump you will add to your total tank volume...don't fill sump all the way, leave some romm for when power goes out there will be room for the back siphon..hth.
