Problem with Torch?

    One of the stems of my torch is turning a light/sky blue color. I noticed it a few days ago and the spot seems to be getting bigger. Is this a problem? The torch seems to be very happy otherwise. Its tentacles are nice and long and wavy, and it has gone from 2 heads to 3 1/2 heads in a month.

    Man those things are popping up all over my tank in various forms. Is this something I need to worry about? Will it harm the torch in any way?

    They can take over corals. Great filter feeders though.
