I would have to say no. Either, not adjusted correctly or not enough flow. Underneath the black lid you can see an inner tube. That is supposed to have enough bubbles in it to rise to the top of the tube and overflow into the outer portion (cup).

that is a seaclone. i have one. you need to have a bleeder valve on your air line. i do hear it surging in the background. i would check your pump. should have a 1200 gph on it for it to run right. is there bubbles flowing into your DT form the mouth?

yeh the dreaded seaclone. like Ishymishy stated you have to have a bleeder valve on the air hose so you can adjust the air or it will just keep surging like that.

if by bleeder valve u meen that little black thing that goes onto the end, we have one of those but my brother told me not to put it on,, but i thought it did somehting like that he called it the "silencer" but i think i figured it out, as u tighten on the end of it, the water level gets higher etc. but how high do u need it??

I replied to another one of your posts on the same topic, basically just tighten it to the exact point the mixture goes over the loop with no gaps and not too much more after that. Give it a couple days and you may have to adjust it again as it breaks in. Good Luck
