Protein Skimmer Placement in Sump

    I'm starting a 20 Long reef tank and i bought a protein skimmer and was wondering if i should put it in the intake part of my sump (where the overflow from my tank is) or where my return pump will be? Help me!!!!

    If your sump doesn't have a fuge area, I would put it on the intake part of it. It reduces any chances of microbubbles reaching your return chamber...in my opinion.
