    Hello all,

    I have an SWC protein cone skimmer, it has not been working the past couple weeks, and i cannot figure out why.

    Any help or suggestions??

    4 months, and hasnt been working since I unplugged it and plugged it back in a couple weeks ago

    Not working as in no skimmate or like no micro bubbles? Or no power?

    ok you see the little nipple on top of the air adjustment? attach a hose to that. plug the skimmer in. and blow into the tube. You will see bubbles start to happen because of you blowing, but if you blow hard enough it should start the motor spinning and then will start to work.

    Nothing works at all, no bubbles, no skimmate. Theres water in the cone but it just sits there

    The little nob on top that you can turn, has a red + - sign on it to control air flow. Not the big red nob.

    The little nipple inside the red circle. Attach a hose to that. And blow air into it.

    Okay thanks Ill try when Im home. Could it be clogged? Or does it just need a jump start
