    hi all on my 3rd week of cycle just bought a nano skimmer TMC V2 Skim 120 Nano Skimmer i have a 120 litre tank is this good enough, also shall i start using it as i am on 3rd week of cycle,,,,,,,,thanks

    the link you posted said that the skimmer is good on up to a 120l tank.

    i personally prefer to use a skimmer rated for at least double my total water volume to compensate for possible overstocking/ overfeeding.

    however i believe that the skimmer should work for you, but i have no knowledge of the exact brand.

    Did you open the skimmer yet? Maybe you can return it!

    Like sean said, you should always get a skimmer rated for more than what your actual tank is.

    That is one area where you dont want to skimp!!! Go bigger....it will allow you to stock your tank a little more too eventually!
