    Did you try feeding water through the air intake? I suggest that because my neighbor had the very same problem with his Seaclone when he switched tanks, and that's what he had to do to fix it. Doesn't take long for salt to dry when the unit is shut down and removed from the tank.

    +1 on all of that. You'd be surprised at how much salt is in a couple of drops of saltwater.
