    tank went to crap before my back surgery and algae took over. Rescaped the tank today and probably caused a minicycle. Sand was covered in cyano and there was bubble algae, hair algae, and some red turf. Bleh what a PITA. So far everything is still alive.

    Update

    Well the algae was overcontrol and I think a lot of it has to do with water flow and too much rock so I ended up removing a healthy amount of algae covered rock from my tank. Probably cause a bit of a minic-ycle but everything has been ok so far except for one emerald crab death and I believe that was due to the rule of rock weight and gravity. :eek:
