    lol yup, im so glad my fish are actually out swimming in the moonlight tonight, because their always asleep as soon as the actinics turn off even with them being on before they go out, and im so glad that they are so far leaving my Flash alone

    tonight i found flash had made himself comforatble and burried himself in the sand a little bit underneath the back side of the brain

    Yea! :2thumbsup You got the McCoskers ... I should have had one today too, but my order from Vivid Aquariums got screwed up ... hopefully I'll have mine next week.

    awww man that sucks! they are beautiful
    yea im really afraid of that, i really hope that i wont find him eaten tomorrow, i dont know why he had to chose the brain, i offered him the silversides and he didnt take it :( i wonder if i can move my brain somewhere like in his old spot to make him mad and not eat the wrasse? oh and he hasnt eaten anything yet i figured he was to afraid because he was being bubblied a little bit, he ate at the lfs no problem so i will try again tomorrow

    ok, i feel bad for trying to move him from his newly found sleeping hole, but there are soooo many other spots that he could have chosen the brain looks back to its normal self, but hopefully i can get him to find a new spot, and hopefully that new spot wont be buy the bubble either, cause that would deffiently eat him

    so i ended up having to nudge the brain over a little bit to get him out behind it, he left a sack around that area, at frist he didnt move, then he finally moved again, then he went by the bubble had to move him again, and now he's finally behind a rock

    He left a sack?? You mean a sticky webby mucus thingy? That's was they secrete to sleep in. I think I read somewhere that it tastes awful and no predator would be willing to eat it, and that's why they do it. But it is definitely for protection, nasty tasting or not ;D

    yea thats it and a bunch of sand had stuck to it, reminded me of a spider web almost at least nothing would eat him when asleep but i just dont want him hanging out by the corals

    lol im sitting here watching my chromis and clownfish swim in the moonlight together lol its soo cute, he has made the clowns a schooling fish

    Very neat fish indeed :) His colors are really vibrant under actinics. Especially the blue streaks!

    the pictures from tonight were actually under the LED moonlight some were with flash and some without
