    i havent seen any signs of polyps and there werent any out at the lfs, i cant get a good shot but the monti has a bunch of like white bumps all over it

    Simple, just snip or break a piece of with a bone cutters or your hands and then super glue the frag to rubble or frag plug and just place it somewhere in your DT until you can trade or sell;D
    If only I had coral growth like yours, I'd be snip,snip, snipping away for trades;)

    thats a good idea, maybe next time i go to the lfs to see if they will take my birdsnest frags for store credit, id have a BUNCH of orange birdsnest frags, i have my acro placed near the birdsnest and a few branches are starting to creep up closer and closer too it, and i dont want any stinging going on

    The white bumps are probably the corallites. I would be concerned if the monti is not extending its polyps because it indicates that there's something wrong. Are the polyps on the acro out?

    something is out on the acro, either polyps or feeders, not exactly sure what it is

    The polyps are the feeders in sps corals :)

    hahahah ok then yes the polyps are out in the acro :D at first i wasnt sure what they were because i thought all polyps would be like my birdsnest polyps which always has some crazy polyp extension

    not the most clear pic but you can kind of see some of the acros in this pic, looks like theres only some out, polyps in person, just cant get a good enough shot of all of them

    thanks :D and you will do just fine :D rght now my tank is having some algae problems and is really bugging the hell out of me, i cant stand algae
