hahaha ive been thinking about getting a fiji purple, by how people describe it, it sounds so pretty. i dont think i want to change all my bulbs cause i dont need to.

if i were to change to fiji purple which one should i change, the UVL?

but do u want a blue, purple, or white tank?

 

purple would be cool i have a white/reddish tank right now, i have noticed when the daylights go off the birdsnest does seem to have like a faint pink color to it so maybe your right

 

if you want white put more daylights and aquablue specials on with a fiji
if you want blue use 2 blue plus or comparable bulbs with a fiji and a daylight
if you want purple use 2 fijis and one daylight and one aquablue special or blue plus

bulbs are a hard decision :/

i dont really need to change my bubls but im almost ready for a new look if i went for the purple i would have change 3 bubls which isint horrible. and since im getting into SPS i want to really bring out their colors

 

but remember, it depends on what type of colors you want in your corals... truthfully, i think its time to upgrade to MH

purple tank will only make stuff that is purple and red and pink look amazing, you need to add some blue and white in there too for the other colors.

(but rele, ushio MH bulbs will give you all the colors you are looking for in anything... time to upgrade!)

lol and i wish i could upgrade to MH but that aint happening way too expensive

 

Leather corals secrete toxins which are harmful to sps corals. In large tanks, the toxicity can be reduced/diluted by the larger volume of water and the running of carbon.

 

so the clown has been hovering over the bubble all night she acts like she's hosting it she wont leave the bubble for very long she has yet to do what she did last night which im really trying to get a pic/video of but she doesnt seem to be doing that, maybe once the daylights go off since that's when she started doing that last night but i have some pics of her hovering over the bubble
